I understand that Microsoft directs You to us since we are them OEM bundling the OS with our hardware. It is absolutely correct.
I also beilive that there is a Quality Seal on our boxes that explicitly informs the one opening the seal that we (Toshiba) do not accept any return of any component or bundeled software.
Can You recall that seal?
